3rd party developers Artoon are working on a Wii game called Span Smasher, as revealed at this year's E3.
The main character, if you can call it that, is Smasher (pictured). Gameplay revolves around using the Wiimote to send him flying into brick walls, collecting items and avoiding hazards.
Span Smasher requires the Wii MotionPlus peripheral to work. No release date is available, but screenshots are up.
