Laurent Fischer from Nintendo's European division has said the company are actively looking into a storage solution.
"We definitely detect that gamers are serious and we know there is an issue in this, so it's something that we're working on. Definitely there's no plan to issue hardware, an external hard drive, but we know that we have an issue in that area".
So Nintendo won't be releasing a hard disk, but they could potentially add support for other manufacturers. Or will this solution be based around stronger support for SD cards?
